The Master of Arts in Leadership and Applied Ministries (MALAM) is a graduate-level programme designed to equip Christian leaders with advanced knowledge, practical ministry skills, and strategic leadership competencies for service in diverse church, parachurch, and nonprofit contexts. This programme integrates biblical foundations with contemporary leadership principles, preparing graduates to shepherd ministries with wisdom, integrity, and cultural relevance.
Students will explore leadership theory, organizational dynamics, applied theology, ethical decision-making, and ministry praxis. Through a blend of academic study and hands-on application, learners develop the capacity to lead effectively in church settings, mission organisations, community initiatives, and faith-based enterprises.

Students customise their pace based on ministry, work, or personal commitments.
Applicants must meet the following:
A recognised Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
A minimum GPA as specified by the university graduate school
A submitted personal statement expressing ministry goals and motivations
Pastoral or professional reference(s)
Evidence of English proficiency (if applicable)
Additional requirements may include an interview or ministry portfolio for applicants with extensive ministry experience.
